Steps to order
If you are not yet registered with our online store, you can create an account in the top menu (Login/Register) and you can also do so by logging in through your Google or Facebook account, using the option provided in the Login process.
Already a NaturaPura on-line customer?
If you are already registered with our on-line store, just login with your email address and password on the top menu (Login/Register), or access through your Google or Facebook account, using the option provided in the Login process mentioned.
Forgot your password?
Don’ t worry! In the login process, there is a button for that purpose – “forgotten your password?”.
Following this action, you will be sent an email to the email address you indicated upon registration.
Completing the purchase process without registering.
If you finish the purchase process without registering, you can still do so by selecting the “Create an account?” option right after entering the billing data. By selecting this option, we will automatically create an account for you with the data you have provided us.
You can choose to carry out the purchase without registering. In this case, we will use the email address you provided to send you the follow-up emails, starting right after the order confirmation email.
For convenience and security, we recommend that you always enter all the data requested, especially the mobile number, so that we can contact you if necessary.
Do your shopping by Categories.
In the top menu, look through all our product categories (Maternity Sets, Clothing, Nursery, Toys…) for the ones you want to purchase.
Select an item to see all the relevant information.
Add the desired items to your basket. Remember to choose the quantity, color and size you want. In the case of Personalized Items, you will be asked for the name you wish to customize on the selected article in this Category.
You can add a gift message to your purchase. Your order will always be sent with a gift box, perfect to offer, to the destination you want. In this case, you can use the message to share what goes on in your soul.
Go to your shopping cart by clicking on the icon “Cart” on the top right-hand side, There you will discover all the information about the items you have selected.
Select “Checkout” to complete your order. All information regarding payments, shipping costs and quantity of products will be mentioned in this step.
Taxes, including VAT, are calculated based on the shipping address and may be zero if the destination of the order is outside the European Union.
After you pay your order, we will send you a confirmation email about 10 minutes after your purchase.
Payments at NATURAPURA on-line store can only be carried out through:
- Credit cards (via Stripe);
- PayPal account.
PAYMENTS WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD
Credit Cards are a secure online payment method. Cards from several networks are accepted, namely Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
If you choose this payment method, fill in the following to complete the payment:
- Credit card number * (16 digits).
- Expiration date month/year (month and year, each with 2 digits) – For example, if the expiration date of your credit card is December 2020, you should enter: 12/20.
- Security code (CVV– 3 digits)
Orders are subject to verification and acceptance prior to shipment. The debit on your credit card is made before your order is accepted by Naturapura.

PAYMENTS WITH YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT
PayPal is exclusively used for online purchases. With a PayPal account you can choose to pay with your credit card, bank account or PayPal account balance. Select “PayPal” and click “Proceed to Paypal “. We’ ll take you to a PayPal page where you’ll need to sign in and validate your payment.
