Returns

We want you to feel comfortable ordering through our online store! For you to have the best experience possible, we want to assure you will find the best quality in our products, just as if you were purchasing in our physical stores. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will replace it with an item of your choice.

Returns are always accepted within 14 days after you receive your order, if the products have not been used or washed and have the original labels attached.

If you wish to return any of your purchased items, please contact us to customer.service@naturapura.eu. We will give you instructions on how to proceed.

Return costs are at the customer’s expense.

Note: we do not accept returns of personalized items, unless there is a default or quality issue on the product.
