1. Sign In or Continue as Guest

Sign in with your Email

Click Login / Register in the top menu and enter your email address.

We’ll send you a One-Time Password (OTP) by email. Simply enter the code to securely access your account—no password is required.

If it’s your first visit, your account will be created automatically the first time you sign in.

Continue as a Guest

You can also complete your purchase without creating an account.

Simply enter your billing and shipping details during checkout. We’ll use your email address to send your order confirmation, shipping updates and any important information regarding your order.

If you later decide to create an account using the same email address, your future purchases will automatically be linked to it.

For your convenience, we recommend providing your mobile phone number so that we can contact you if necessary regarding your order.


2. Choose Your Products

Browse our collections using the categories in the main menu, including:

  • Newborn Sets

  • Preemie

  • Clothing

  • Nursery

  • Toys

  • Gifts Ideas

Open any product page to view detailed information, available sizes, colours and product specifications.

Select the desired quantity, size and colour, then add the item to your shopping bag.

For personalised products, simply enter the name you would like embroidered or printed before adding the item to your cart.


3. Add a Personal Touch

Every NaturaPura order is beautifully presented in our signature gift box, making it perfect for gifting.

You may also include a complimentary gift message, allowing you to share your personal wishes directly with the recipient.


4. Review Your Shopping Bag

Click the Cart icon at the top of the page to review your order.

From there you can:

  • Update quantities.

  • Remove items.

  • Review your order summary.

  • Proceed to Checkout.


5. Checkout

During checkout you’ll be able to:

  • Enter your billing and shipping information.

  • Review shipping costs and applicable taxes.

  • Choose your preferred payment method.

VAT and other applicable taxes are calculated according to the destination country. Orders shipped outside the European Union may not be subject to EU VAT.

Once your payment has been successfully completed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes.

Your payment is authorised before your order is prepared for shipment.

For your security, please never send your card details by email.

If you choose PayPal, you’ll be redirected to the PayPal website to complete your payment securely using your PayPal balance, a linked bank account or a credit/debit card.

Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll automatically return to NaturaPura.
