Terms and Conditions

The NaturaPura Gift Card can be used exclusively to purchase products from our online shop at www.naturapura.com.

The Card can be purchased using any of the payment methods accepted in our online shop. It cannot be purchased using another Gift Card.

The Card may be purchased for recipients in any destination served by NaturaPura. It is issued in EUR, GBP or USD, depending on the destination country, using the fixed conversion rule 1 EUR = 1 GBP = 1 USD.

The Card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

The Card may be used as many times as you wish until its full balance has been redeemed.

If you are a registered customer, you can check your Card balance in your customer account. If the value of your purchase exceeds the available balance on the Card, the remaining amount may be paid using any of the payment methods accepted in our online shop.

Products purchased using the Card are covered by the NaturaPura Exchange and Returns Policy.

The Card is valid for 24 months from the date of issue.
